How I handle your details.

What I collect when you book a call
Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the timezone your browser reports, and the answers you type into the booking form. For paid calls I also keep the bank transfer reference and the screenshot you upload so I can match your payment. To stop automated abuse the booking service records a hashed form of your IP address for 24 hours.
What I use it for
To hold and confirm your call, to send the confirmation, reminders, and follow up emails about that call, to keep a record of our conversations so I can serve you better if we work together, and to answer your messages. I do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.
Services that process the data
- Appwrite (Frankfurt, Germany) stores bookings, contact records, and payment screenshots.
- Resend sends the emails and records whether they were delivered and opened.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a booking comes from a person, not a script.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used, in aggregate.
- Google Calendar: when a call is confirmed it is added to my own calendar with a Google Meet link. The Google account connected is mine, and the only calendar data read is my own availability.
How long I keep it
Booking and contact records stay while we are in touch or working together. Payment screenshots are kept only as long as needed to confirm the payment and for my own bookkeeping. You can ask me to delete your record at any time.
Your choices
Every booking email includes a link to move or cancel the call. Email info@marketerahmad.com to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you, and I will do it within a few days.
Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies for usage statistics, and the booking form stores your last choices in your browser so you do not have to type them twice. No cookies are used for advertising.
